  Robin Spencer

  Robin is an avid technology lover with a career focussed around implementing technology solutions that make peoples’ lives easier. Having spent time working abroad and in the UK, Robin is always amazed by the global nature of IT and the constant it provides. At Worksmart, Robin is responsible for delivery; from project inception to BAU support and hosting.

  Outside of work Robin has a young family and hence spends most of his time ferrying children around and being climbed upon!

  Mark Griffiths

  Mark is a Chartered Accountant who trained with KPMG (before they were known as KPMG!) and has specialised in SME finance ever since. Worksmart is his first foray into Financial Services, but numbers are numbers at the end of the day!

  Mark’s great loves (apart from his wife and two children) are golf and rugby. The children have curtailed the golf to some extent but there is always one shot in the round that is good enough to get him back on the course. Mark is a life-long Northampton Saints fan and, as a qualified ref, occasionally referees junior rugby games.

  Nic Dent

  Nic is highly experienced in implementing people-centric compliance and performance management solutions. Aside from his responsibilities within the market engagement and product strategy functions, Nic spends the good share of his time advising clients through the pre-sales stages and in project to help firms embed software implementations that deliver their requirements and deliver regulatory change.

  Nic lives in the hills of west Wales amid some of the UK’s best mountain biking terrain, which suits him just fine. And as for more irrational hobbies, he is known for his love of the romance and non-existent “soul” of a good mechanical watch.
